She wears an adorable polka dot dress with the blue/white bodice and ruffles and the multiple colored dots of her dress skirt and sleeves.

The collar is vintage eyelet lace with three buttons hand sewn to the middle.

Annie also wears muslin bloomers trimmed in blue rick rack.

She is cotton stuffed with fabric scraps and heavily worn.

Her facial features were hand stitched.

Annie has red hair with bangs.
