12" Ann wears a cute dress of girls' heads and  stars in lavender. I trimmed it with lavender rick rack. Her collar is eyelet lace with two buttons sewn down the center. She also has muslin bloomers with lavender rick rack trim.

Her body was firmly stuffed with fabric and worn, torn and mended. 

Ann's facial features were sewn and she has red hair stitched to her head.
