28" tall , pumpkin head girl all dressed up for Halloween.

Her dress is everything Halloween. It has three layers of ruffles and the middle one is tulle.

Striking leggings and boots. 

Face was hand stitched. She wears a witch's hat of pumpkins with some spooky tulle tie and button.
